Abhyanga - The Best Treatment For Anti-Aging

 

This is a light touch therapy using warm oils that we wipe off you with our hot eucalyptus and mint towels at the end of the one hour or 90 minutes massage.

 

Our extremely relaxing and pampering massage is inspired by the “Abhyanga” technique from the ancient Indian medicine Ayurveda. It feels wonderful on the body and the skin and the warm oils we use are very calming to the nervous system. 

 

In Ayurvedic Medicine, Abhyanga is the greatest practice for longevity, disease prevention, and balance for all your doshas (or “bio energies”, in English).

 

The all natural almond oil we use is high in oleic acid which is known to improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels. We blend it with organic essential oils that are proven to be highly beneficial for dry skin, weight loss, weakness, heart palpitation, chronic fatigue, constipation, anxiety, and many other conditions.
