It is common to tip your massage therapist when you were happy with her or his service, usually between 20% and 30%. Credit card charges for a therapist coming to you will include a 20% gratuity.

Guaranteeing Your Appointment
First-time clients may be asked to guarantee the appointment with a credit card. All In-Hotel, In-Residence, and In-Office appointments require a credit card. This is to guarantee the availability of the therapist of your choice. One of our associates will call or email you during our operating hours as soon as we receive your booking.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as you know you cannot make the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%. No-shows may be charged the entire amount.
